→ Kommentar zum Kommentar „kriegen Leute mit ALG2 … "erstattet"“ in der Taz.
ALG2 ist keine Erstattung. Es ist eine grundgesetzlich garantierte Sicherung des Existenzminimums.
Hintergrund sind Artikel 1, GG: Die Würde des Menschen ist unantastbar und Artikel 2, GG: Das Recht auf Leben und körperliche Unversehrtheit.
Wer anderes behauptet, sollte unser Grundgesetz lesen und überlegen auszuwandern: Solange unsere Freiheitlich Demokratische Grundordnung existiert, dürfen diese Grundrechte nicht in ihrem Wesensgehalt angetastet werden (Artikel 19, GG).
