PS: Reine Eigenwerbung wird nicht freigeschaltet. Für einen Link gibt es das Webseiten-Feld. Wer nur "...schön..." schreibt und seine eigene Webseite ins Feld einträgt, sollte selbst auch ein Gästebuch haben.

Drüber nachgedacht sie einem Verlag anzubieten habe ich schon häufiger, aber aktuell (und seit Jahren...) habe ich das Gefühl, dass ich nicht die Zeit für die Suche habe :)
Ich habe momentan einige Projekte parallel am Laufen (v.a. das Ein Würfel System: http://1w6.org - und mein Physik Studium ) und ich komme schon nicht dazu, meine neuen Gedichte abzutippen... hier liegen noch etwa 2 bis 3 volle Gedichthefte, die noch abgetippt werden wollen :)

Sehr geehrte Frau Annerose Seidemann,
Ich habe gerade ihren Eintrag in meinem Gästebuch gesehen und mich zum Gegenbesuch aufgemacht (natürlich bevor ich den Eintrag freigeschaltet habe).
Ich war dann doch sehr traurig, dass ihr eigentlich gut klingender Eintrag sich als ein reiner Spam-Eintrag herausgestellt hat.
Bitte unterlassen Sie das in Zukunft.
Wenn sie eine Webseite gut finden, dann sollten sie zumindest die Chance des Gegeneintrags im Gästebuch bieten, damit das Web lebt.
Gegenseitige Links sind, was das Web vernetzt hält, und was das angeht ist ihre Seite leider ein schwarzes Loch - ein Schädling der Struktur des Internet.
Mein Gästebuch ist keine Linkfarm für Leute, die ihr Seitenranking boosten wollen, ohne was zurück zu geben (und gut klingende Worte können höchstens darüber hinwegtäuschen).
Daher habe ich ihre Webseitenadresse aus dem Eintrag entfernt.
Ich hoffe, dass ich mit dieser harten Antwort jetzt nicht einen ihrer ehrlichen Einträge abgeschmettert habe.
Falls doch tut es mir Leid. In dem Fall haben Sie gerade die Flammen erwischt, mit denen ein langsam aber stetig geschürtes Feuer auflodert, wenn es neue Nahrung erhält.
Zu gute halten kann ich ihnen, dass ihr Eintrag immerhin schön geschrieben ist. Besser als der automatisierte, nicht jugendfreie Internetapotheken Spam ist das allemal.
Aber auch "besserer Spam" ist immernoch verdammenswerter Spam.
Wenn Sie einen Backlink wollen, ohne die Option zur Gegenverlinkung anzubieten, dann tragen Sie was wirkliches zu Diskussionen bei.
Einen auch für andere nützlichen Kommentar hätte ich wohl, trotz allen anderen Argumenten, nicht entfernt, denn da wären sie noch anderen Dingen als meinem Ego von Nutzen gewesen.

... warum ich antworte: Sie wären fast in der gleichen Kategorie gelandet wie die "LOB LOB LOB" Nachricht, bis ich das Gästebuch auf ihrer Seite gesehen habe.
Nebenbei: Um Ihre Seite zugänglicher zu machen, könnten Sie eine Zeile wie "(scrollen zum weiteren Inhalt)" einfügen - bin mir da aber nicht ganz sicher, weil das die Sauberkeit des Designs beeinträchtigen könnte.

While the new site's song licensing is pretty simple (so many licenses, they are almost(?) completely free), the older was not, and, as I'm cleaning undistributable stuff away, I've googled a song, and… found http://draketo.de/inhalt/lieder.html with the old songs, which is not (according to Google) linked inside the site, but outside only. There are things like "Nicht SING!-Lieder", "Wieder SING!-Lieder"… I'm not sure you were/are certain about their licensing, so didn't transfer them to the new version? Please explain.
With all that, please also describe the licensing in English where you describe it in German. When I met "Über die SING!-Lizenz hinaus dürfen auch die mp3s auf dieser Seite unkommerziell weitergegeben werden, sowohl im Internet, als auch auf unkommerziellen CDs und in p2p-Netzwerken.", I could only guess and ask Germans about it, because Google Translate didn't translate "Über" correctly. :-)
Oh, and how is Free Art License more free than Creative Commons Attribution-Sharealike? The English translation of FAL was the easiest of copyleft licenses to read for me (…but not for the Debian people. Guess I'm reading it incorrectly :) ), and it is short, and I didn't see there anything prohibiting proprietary formats etc.?

Licenses and older songs

I have changed the licensing to only having free licensed songs, so I could transfer only those which I had written myself or had the assent of the author to publish under the four free licenses. Since most of the authors had allowed me "to record the song", but not explicitely to relicense it, I couldn't transfer all my songs.

Also I'll create a better filled english section as soon as I have the time needed... At the moment I'm quite busy with finishing my own roleplaying system and stuff, so some things take a while :)
About the licensing of the old site:
"Über die SING!-Lizenz hinaus dürfen auch die mp3s auf dieser Seite unkommerziell weitergegeben werden, sowohl im Internet, als auch auf unkommerziellen CDs und in p2p-Netzwerken." means: Going further than the allowance of the SING! license, you can also pass on music files from this site uncommercially on the internet (and on CDs, etc.).
(Über normally means: "Above" or "about", but in this case "über ... hinaus" means: Going further than" :) )
But that's a thing of the past. I will only update this new version. The older version is there only for historical reasons (I don't want old links to break).
Could you tell me why Debian doesn't like the LAL/FAL? Or post a link?
The Free Art License is more copyleft than the cc by-sa license, because the cc-by-sa doesn't require passing on the sources (at least not the german legal code) while the FAL does. (This seems to be the case for all cc licenses, as I understand them - http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/legalcode , I just read it again. Just search for "source" - it says, I may not restrict the recipient, but it doesn't say "I must provide a format with which the recipient can carry on the work", i.e.: the sources, so it would be possible to take one of my stories, rework it and integrate it into a flash-script, and I could never see or edit it, because the sources of the flash script wouldn't be avaible - i don't want that to happen to me).
I'm searching for an optimal licensing. At the moment it is: Only use licenses which _ensure_ the four freedoms for all users.
I'll translate the licensing, but that will take a bit of time.
PS: Could you try to reload the captcha? It definitely _should_ work in firefox (I want it to, but I only tested it in Konqueror, yet)...

Oh, I see - the “nc” part. That's not in the four freedoms, though, or?
OK and not OK...
I have the OK from the author of the text, but the Band "Die Prinzen" sadly gave the rights on the music to their record label. I asked them, and they can't give the right, so I can't publish the song under a free license (I think, that publishing under a free license might not quite be covered under the rights granted for people doing a satire, because that then would entail the right to recreate the original song with it.)
Still, -nc wouldn't allow me to use it, but that can (and would) be waived by the original author. So only that record label hinders it, and I doubt, they will grant me the rights...

There's no “Linux das Lied” there; the author didn't seem to object the license: http://www.theofel.de/archives/2005/01/linux_das_lied.html . Music?

That's the problem: where does FAL do it? My guess is that you mean:

I just asked one of the translators of the Free Art License, if they could have a look at the criticism of the Debian people. So we can just wait and see...
If the FAL doesn't require free sources in the end, I will remove it from teh licenses on my site. In the end, there's always the GPL :)

About the GFDL: Debian doesn't like the GFDL, because that allows for "invariant sections", which means, it allows you to "lock" certain parts, which then aren't free anymore. That's why I use the "GFDL without invariant sections". As soon as they finish the SFDL (which is exactly a GFDL without invariant sections) I'll switch to that one.
